KARIJERNE ASPIRACIJE MLADIH: INTERAKCIJA INDIVIDUALNIH KARAKTERISTIKA I SOCIJALNOG KONTEKSTA

Apstrakt
Karijerni izbor predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih odluka u životu pojedinca, sa dugoročnim posledicama po njegov profesionalni razvoj, lično zadovoljstvo i društvenu integraciju. Reč je o složenom i višeslojnom procesu koji je uslovljen međudejstvom različitih faktora – od ličnih karakteristika, interesovanja i sposobnosti, preko porodičnih i školskih uticaja, do šireg socijalnog i ekonomskog okruženja. Razumevanje ovih faktora ključno je za efikasno usmeravanje mladih ka zanimanjima koja odgovaraju njihovim potencijalima i potrebama savremenog tržišta rada. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se ispita koji faktori najviše utiču na izbor karijere kod ispitanika, kao i da se, primenom faktorske analize, utvrde latentne dimenzije (faktori) koje objašnjavaju strukturu stavova o uticajnim činiocima pri izboru karijere. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da su lične želje i interesovanja ispitanika najuticajniji faktor u izboru karijere, dok su informacije iz škole i uticaj socijalnog okruženja ocenjeni kao najmanje značajni. Uočene su statistički značajne razlike u percepciji faktora u odnosu na pol i nivo obrazovanja.
