OBEZBEĐIVANJE KONTINUITETA TOKOM DETETOVE TRANZICIJE U ŠKOLU KROZ POVEZIVANJE STRUČNJAKA U VASPITNO-OBRAZOVNOM SISTEMU

Apstrakt
Relevantna literatura pokazuje da uspešna tranzicija deteta iz predškolske ustanove u školu ima višestruki značaj za njegovo funkcionisanje, učenje i napredovanje u novom obrazovnom okruženju. Stoga se u radu otvara pitanje osiguravanja kontinuiteta među okruženjima i ukazuje na važnost razvojnog, pedagoškog i profesionalnog kontinuiteta prilikom planiranja tranzicionog procesa. Posebna pažnja se posvećuje odnosu predškolske ustanove i škole tokom tranzicionog perioda. Najpre se razmatraju razlike u smislu ideja, istorije, tradicije, filozofije i pedagoških pristupa između navedenih obrazovnih okruženja koje mogu dovesti do određenog stepena diskontinuiteta ili nedostatka kontinuiteta. Dalje, navode se iskustva različitih zemalja koja pokazuju da uspostavljanje komunikacije i udruživanje stručnjaka sa dva obrazovna nivoa tokom tranzicionog perioda donosi niz benefita. Prikaz primera iz prakse upućuje na mogućnost zajedničkog građenja značenja među stručnjacima ukoliko razviju adekvatne tranzicione alate i organizuju različite tranzicione aktivnosti koje uključuju perspektivu deteta
